Store.

A store seemingly abandoned by the owner, Billy, who vanished one day and hasn't been seen since. The store has a 2nd floor that was being built before he vanished, the construction site is still set up (why hasn't anyone removed it yet?) The building has a ladder up to the 2nd floor which could be easily climbed to reach the building behind it.
