Built to contain subject 1. Only one of this design was used, it's the only one of its kind. Development of a whole new containment dummy design had to be undertaken due to a breach of an unknown source in the storage department causing this prototype to seemingly vanish. Investigation as to the whereabouts of this prototype is underway as we don't want subject 1 infecting civilians and potentially causing an outbreak.
