Also known as "Fitz". Observed to be very bothersome to other civilians in order to get a laugh for themselves. Fitzgerald seems to like hanging around Coolguy, wanting to disrupt their peace at the park for whichever (usually dangerous) activities. They utilize their cellphone very often, bothering very little about real-life issues. Doesn't get along with everyone, but none of the residents seem to care enough to despise him. Fitz seem to be doing fine by themselves, not really bothered by their upside-down face.
